What you will do

• Design and develop performance-based training materials across e-learning, blended learning, and video modalities.
• Create quality learning curricula and instructional approaches based on business-specific requirements and needs analyses.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and interviews to identify knowledge and skill gaps.
• Develop agile content creation processes for frequently changing environments.
• Provide expert consultation on instructional design theory and learning reinforcement best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to uplevel Global Services' skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or consulting.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Demonstrated experience with e-learning, mobile learning, simulations, and VILT programs.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Captivate.
• Experience with design tools such as SnagIt and Camtasia.
• Experience supporting sales and consultants in complex enterprise environments.
