What you will do

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Apply andragogy and adult learning principles to create learner-centered experiences.
• Develop diverse learning formats, including eLearning modules, virtual sessions, and self-paced courses.
• Leverage generative AI tools and custom GPTs to enhance learning design and delivery.
• Manage end-to-end instructional design projects, including timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Continuously improve learning content by integrating feedback and data insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design, LXD, or corporate L&D environments.
• Deep understanding of evidence-based instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience designing blended learning solutions across multiple digital and virtual formats.
• Familiarity with LLMs and the ability to prototype AI-enhanced learning solutions.
• Strong project management and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in Poland
