What you will do

• Design and run computational engineering pipelines for prototyping production-ready AI solutions for clients.
• Develop advanced techniques in corpora lifecycle management, model development, tuning, and agent inferencing.
• Own the technical sales lifecycle from initial discovery and architectural design to post-sales success and renewals.
• Architect comprehensive AI solutions using hirify.global AI, AI Inference, AI Studios, and AI Workbench.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hirify.global Engineering to ensure the product remains competitive in the AI landscape.
• Evangelize hirify.global’s AI vision to C-level executives and the broader community through conferences and webinars.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (not eligible for immigration sponsorship).
• Proven track record as a hands-on technologist and technical authority in Enterprise AI portfolios.
• Experience using engineering, math, and computational science to develop end-to-end data and software models.
• Ability to design architectures based on Open Data Lakehouse and Unified Data Fabric patterns.
• Strong executive-level communication skills for presenting to CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs.
