What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI services and agentic workflows.
• Integrate LLMs into applications with robust telemetry, observability, and cost controls.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, schemas, and retrieval strategies for AI use cases.
• Design experiments to evaluate model performance, safety, and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Monitor production AI systems and drive improvements in reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA or Canada
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Graduate degree with 6+ years of experience.
• 1+ year of professional experience with Generative AI technologies.
• Proven experience shipping and operating LLM-enabled features in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with modern data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or Palantir Foundry.
