What you will do

• Architect AI-powered agents that integrate deeply into HR and Financial workflows.
• Evaluate and select AI frameworks, tools, and platforms to ensure scalability and compliance.
• Define best practices for agent design, security, and governance in enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to implement AI-based automation.
• Develop strategies for multi-agent collaboration and effective user interaction.
• Establish monitoring and continuous learning mechanisms to improve agent performance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product engineering for highly available cloud products.
• 7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with enterprise-grade AI architectures, API integration, and large-scale automation.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases, RAG, and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Experience with data collection, labeling, and model validation pipelines.
