What you will do

• Drive crisis and issues communications across corporate, trust & safety, and policy matters.
• Develop and maintain issues preparedness frameworks, scenario plans, and response playbooks.
• Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior leadership during high-stakes situations.
• Shape strategic communications frameworks positioning the company as a leader in member safety and ethical innovation.
• Execute internal communications strategies to strengthen employee engagement and amplify leadership messaging.
• Partner with Investor Relations to deliver integrated communications around earnings and strategic milestones.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in corporate, crisis, or trust & safety communications within technology or public companies.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in high-visibility, fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of platform governance, safety frameworks, and regulatory landscapes.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills with experience in multi-stakeholder alignment.
• Advanced AI fluency for research, monitoring, and drafting while maintaining ethical standards.
• Familiarity with public company disclosure dynamics and partnering with Legal/IR teams.
