What you will do

• Develop and execute an integrated enterprise communications strategy aligned with business and culture objectives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on messaging, reputation management, and organizational change.
• Lead internal communications, including town halls, leadership visibility, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee external communications, media relations, and public relations agency partnerships.
• Manage crisis communications plans, escalation protocols, and spokesperson guidance during sensitive situations.
• Direct and develop the communications team, managing priorities, budgets, and performance.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, PR, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success in advising senior executives and leading communications through organizational change.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Strong expertise in internal, external, and crisis communications.
• Proficiency in using generative AI tools to draft and tailor communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field.

• Experience in telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, or utility industries.
