What you will do

• Own and evolve the internal communications strategy to keep employees aligned with company priorities, cultural values, and the EVP.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, crafting messaging for Slack, all-hands meetings, presentations, and PR bylines.
• Design integrated communication plans to support organizational change, growth initiatives, and leadership priorities.
• Champion two-way communication by implementing feedback mechanisms and listening strategies.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools to enhance content development and workflow efficiency.
• Establish and analyze metrics to measure communication effectiveness and employee sentiment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in internal, executive, or corporate communications, preferably in B2B SaaS or startups.
• Proven track record of supporting executive leadership with message development.
• Experience navigating change and ambiguity in fast-paced, growth-stage companies.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for partnering with senior leaders.
