Salary: $65,000–$83,000

What you will do

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics, repairs, and root cause analysis.
• Assemble, install, and maintain server and networking equipment.
• Develop scripts to automate hardware updates and maintain inventory.
• Provide technical support and documentation for internal teams.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and respond to on-site emergencies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH.
• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export-controlled information.
• Experience with Linux operating systems and computer networking.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
• Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver in cramped or elevated spaces.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field.
• Prior experience in data center environments.
