Salary: $109,000 – $145,000

What you will do

• Perform physical installation, racking, cabling, and configuration of server and storage infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues within advanced GPU and networking systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of data center layouts and network topology using DCIM software.
• Manage parts depot inventory and track equipment through the full deployment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with supply chain and hardware support teams to resolve incidents and improve operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with installation standards for labeling and cabling to maintain system discoverability.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in Plano, TX.
• Strong experience with critical infrastructure systems including power distribution, airflow management, and structured cabling.
• Solid understanding of server hardware, boot processes, and single/three-phase power theories.
• Familiarity with carrier DIA circuit testing, fiber troubleshooting, and cable optics.
• Ability to structure and iteratively improve complex maintenance procedures.
• Action-oriented mindset with a willingness to train junior staff.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience with critical data center infrastructure.
• Knowledge of 400gb Infiniband architectures and DDP/SCM cluster storage.
• Advanced experience with Linux administration.
• Experience with high-performance GPU systems, specifically Nvidia NVL72.
• 3+ years of experience using ticketing systems like JIRA or Zendesk.
