Location: Must be based in New York City or Cambridge, with regular travel between offices required.

Salary: $200,000 – $250,000

What you will do

  • Lead real estate strategy, office sourcing, lease negotiations, and build-outs for expanding office locations.
  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, security, and safety protocols across all sites.
  • Shape employee experience through thoughtful design, hospitality standards, and office programming.
  • Manage workplace budgets, vendor contracts, and capital projects to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Build and lead a high-performing workplace team across multiple geographies.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in Finance, IT, and People to align workplace investments with company growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, or real estate leadership.
  • Proven track record managing office expansions and vendor ecosystems in high-growth organizations.
  • Strong experience in people management, including leading distributed or multi-site teams.
  • Ability to travel regularly between office locations.
  • Experience developing workplace safety procedures and operational continuity protocols.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives simultaneously.
