What you will do

  • Own daily office operations for the headquarters and scale workplace functions as the company grows.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership regarding all facilities and office matters.
  • Lead new office space projects, including site evaluation, buildout coordination, and operational setup.
  • Manage vendor relationships, facilities maintenance, property management, and office budgets.
  • Support the NYC office remotely and potentially manage the NYC Office and Operations Specialist.
  • Plan and execute team events and assist with new hire onboarding.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to McLean, VA.
  • Proven experience in a senior office management or operations role, preferably in a tech or high-growth startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build systems and manage new office space projects from selection to setup.
  • High degree of ownership, discretion, and professionalism when working with senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Hospitality background or experience-driven mindset.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
