What you will do

• Manage daily office operations at HQ and regional offices in Logan and Dallas.
• Audit space utilization and align real estate planning with headcount growth.
• Oversee facility OPEX and capital budgets to identify optimization areas.
• Lead complex projects such as office openings, closures, and structural upgrades.
• Enforce building safety protocols and ensure compliance with local legal/regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships for workplace technologies and maintenance services.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management or Corporate Real Estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in facilities management principles and industry standards.
• Ability to travel domestically for physical building projects.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lehi, Utah.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks.
