What you will do

• Lead all plant operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are met.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that support business objectives and customer commitments.
• Mentor production teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to improve throughput and cost performance.
• Manage production schedules, staffing plans, and vendor relationships to optimize efficiency.
• Champion a safety-first culture by partnering with Safety Managers to reduce incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of manufacturing leadership experience in a production environment.
• Experience leading teams in steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience required.
• Project management experience required.
• Must be located in or able to work on-site in Pineville, Louisiana.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epicor software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
