What you will do

• Analyze manufacturing processes and workflows to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard work, and operating procedures.
• Coordinate operational projects from initial planning through successful implementation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for operational challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business software applications.
• Ability to work effectively on the manufacturing floor and build relationships across all levels.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence principles.
