What you will do

• Lead daily manufacturing and logistics operations to ensure production schedules and shipping commitments are met.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to resolve bottlenecks and material constraints.
• Provide leadership and direction to Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor operational KPIs to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, reduced waste, and improved throughput.
• Partner with HR on workforce planning, staffing, and leadership development initiatives.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Alexandria, Louisiana for this on-site role.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing, production, logistics, or industrial operations.
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience managing production or manufacturing teams.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
