Salary: $36 - $50 USD per hour

What you will do
- Coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with manufacturing schedules.
- Ensure the availability of tooling, materials, and work instructions prior to job release to minimize interruptions.
- Manage and track work orders through ERP/MRP systems, maintaining accurate production status.
- Monitor tooling inventory and usage, support tool crib operations, and initiate replenishment.
- Identify and proactively address production bottlenecks to optimize workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including digital travelers, inspection records, and production logs.
Requirements
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant aerospace/precision machining experience.
- 1+ year of administrative or production support experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with CNC machining, blueprint reading, tooling, and production workflows.
- Basic knowledge of aerospace standards (AS9100) and FAA regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel for scheduling and data analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience in tight-tolerance aerospace manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of First Article Inspection (FAI) and Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma principles.
- Certification or training in APICS or supply chain fundamentals.
- Prior experience in tool crib management, production control, or inventory systems.
