What you will do

• Develop and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and power users.
• Conduct Partnership Reviews to discover account expansion and upsell opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations in collaboration with Account Managers.
• Assist with support case escalations and facilitate customer communication.
• Track KPIs including partnership review meetings, demos, and quota attainment.
• Work with at-risk customers to resolve concerns and ensure account retention.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with customer accounts.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience with SaaS products.
• Must be fully available to work onsite in Draper, Utah, Monday through Friday.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• B.A/B.S degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Prior technical sales experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.
