What you will do
- Manage complex, high-value business relationships and drive customer value within assigned markets.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and sales strategies to meet and exceed objectives.
- Conduct high-level conversations with executives to identify business needs and provide recommended solutions.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to provide sales forecasts and identify trending opportunities or challenges.
- Deliver on-site and online sales presentations and software demos to prospective clients.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for activity tracking and precise sales forecasting.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software and service sales or a relevant field.
- Proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, and defining solutions with clear ROI.
- In-depth knowledge of the SaaS business model and the enterprise software sales cycle.
- Strong understanding of software support, services contracts, and enterprise application architecture.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM software and forecasting tools.
- Must be based in Bentonville, AR.
Nice to have
- Business knowledge of SQL or other database technologies.
- Familiarity with programming technologies such as ASP, XML, .NET, and JavaScript.
