What you will do
- Proactively engage franchise and multi-location restaurant groups through calls, email, social selling, and events.
- Respond to inbound franchise inquiries and qualify opportunities for the Account Executive team.
- Manage your pipeline in Salesforce, prioritizing daily actions that drive results.
- Confidently communicate the value of hirify.global and conduct discovery and qualification calls.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals and opportunity quotas.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in a quota-carrying outbound or BDR/SDR role.
- Proven experience executing outbound outreach and building thoughtful, effective sequences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence, curiosity, and a consultative mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
- A competitive, goal-oriented mentality and passion for sales.
Nice to have
- Salesforce or CRM experience.
