What you will do
- Proactively manage a caseload of Public Liability and Property Damage claims from inception to settlement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the internal case management system.
- Ensure all work complies with specific client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain high standards of service quality and productivity.
- Collaborate with the team and undertake additional tasks as directed by the Team Leader.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Leeds office.
- Minimum of 6 months relevant experience or a law degree/equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage a volume workload independently and as part of a team.
