What you will do
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients as their primary trusted advisor.
- Drive business growth in the Nordic region through strategic account expansion and cross-selling.
- Develop and execute portfolio growth strategies aligned with regional sales targets.
- Engage clients through regular meetings, on-site visits, and industry networking events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting to maintain accurate business visibility.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Fluent in English (Nordic language skills are a strong plus).
- Proven track record of driving business growth and managing client portfolios.
- Strong consultative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be based in or able to work from Stockholm, Sweden.
