Salary: $121,000 - $139,000

What you will do

• Participate in strategic planning of IT projects with companywide or department wide impact.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve critical business issues to improve cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide technical support for Audit inquiries and improve departmental policies and procedures.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Application support, providing L3 guidance to team members.
• Review internal process gaps and implement innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an IT Operations lead role.
• 5 to 7 years of experience within the financial industry.
• Strong technical proficiency with the Broadridge Dataphile system.
• Experience with SQL query writing and SFTP batch jobs support.
• University degree or College diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in the Canadian brokerage industry.
• CSC or IFIC certifications.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
