What you will do
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle for small to mid-sized clients independently.
- Configure the platform to match client requirements and global best practices.
- Run interactive workshops to help clients map out their ideal recruitment workflows.
- Execute QA testing, develop structured project plans, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Create and deliver tailored training sessions for HR teams, hiring managers, and executives.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams during sales-to-delivery handovers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, HR tech, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client-facing projects from concept to go-live.
- Proficiency in process mapping and workflow design tools such as Lucidchart.
- Exceptional English communication skills for translating technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to work from home in Poland in an environment free from distractions.

- Deep understanding of modern Talent Acquisition workflows and recruitment processes.
- Experience working in fast-paced, international scale-up or SaaS environments.
