TL;DR

Focus on optimizing recruitment processes, conducting client workshops, and ensuring seamless platform adoption.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Poland)

What you will do

  • Manage the full implementation lifecycle for small to mid-sized clients independently.
  • Configure the hirify.global platform to match client requirements and global best practices.
  • Run interactive workshops to help clients map out their ideal recruitment workflows.
  • Execute QA testing, develop structured project plans, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Create and deliver tailored training sessions for HR teams, hiring managers, and executives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams during sales-to-delivery handovers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, HR tech, or technology consulting.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client-facing projects from concept to go-live.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and workflow design tools such as Lucidchart.
  • Exceptional English communication skills for translating technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work from home in Poland in an environment free from distractions.

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of modern Talent Acquisition workflows and recruitment processes.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, international scale-up or SaaS environments.
