What you will do

• Manage the implementation of NDAs, Clinical Trial Agreements, and contract amendments to ensure full compliance.
• Oversee the initiation and completion of site contracts in alignment with study startup timelines and projections.
• Negotiate contract terms and templates directly with sponsors.
• Liaise with clients to provide status updates and execution reports for all legal documentation.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of standardized templates for CTAs and NDAs.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in legal studies or life sciences required (Law degree preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience as a Contract Lead, including contract language review and negotiation.
• At least 1 year of industry experience, preferably within a CRO environment.
• Knowledge of contract requirements, powers of attorney, and related legal documentation.
• Understanding of Privacy Laws and regulations regarding cross-border data transfer.
