What you will do
- Negotiate and manage customer agreements, including multi-million dollar outsourcing deals and strategic advisory.
- Collaborate across internal functions to lead complex commercial projects.
- Manage existing accounts and transition into more complex deal-making as you grow in the role.
- Draft bespoke amendments to ensure account profitability and success.
Requirements
- Law degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in a law firm specializing in commercial IT agreements OR 5+ years of in-house contract management in the IT services sector.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Must be able to work onsite in Madrid initially.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French.
- Experience negotiating with sophisticated legal counterparts.
