What you will do

• Negotiate and manage customer agreements, including multi-million dollar outsourcing deals and strategic advisory.
• Collaborate across internal functions to lead complex commercial projects.
• Manage existing accounts and transition into more complex deal-making as you grow in the role.
• Draft bespoke amendments to ensure account profitability and success.

Requirements

• Law degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in a law firm specializing in commercial IT agreements OR 5+ years of in-house contract management in the IT services sector.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Must be able to work onsite in Madrid initially.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French.
• Experience negotiating with sophisticated legal counterparts.
