Salary: $85,000–$115,000

What you will do

• Lead contract execution for moderate-to-highly complex OT projects from initiation through closeout.
• Manage the preparation, review, and administration of agreements and supporting contractual documentation.
• Identify potential risks and ensure alignment with organizational policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Lead negotiations with performers and customers to drive alignment on contract terms.
• Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external stakeholders.
• Partner with program management, finance, and marketing teams to ensure obligations are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field of study.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years of Department of War (DoW) contracting experience across commercial or civil service environments.
• Working knowledge and practical experience with FAR and DFARS regulations.
• Direct experience in contract execution, procurement, or acquisition within a defense portfolio.
• Must be based in the DC Metro Area (DC, MD, VA).

Nice to have

• Experience with 10 U.S.C. 4022 (Other Transactions for Prototyping) or 10 U.S.C. 4021.
• NCMA (e.g., CPCM) or DAWIA certification (Level I, II, or III in Contracting).
• Signing authority or DoW Contracting/Agreement Officer warrant.
• Knowledge of FAR Source Selection or Commercial Supplier Selection Processes.
