What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including MSAs, SOWs, software licenses, and NDAs.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle using CLM tools, SharePoint, and Docusign.
• Provide guidance to finance and business teams on non-standard terms and complex contracting issues.
• Collaborate with legal, sales, and delivery teams to ensure accurate execution of resale and direct transactions.
• Review and update contract templates to reflect evolving business offerings and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance contract quality, speed, and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or paralegal certification preferred.
• 5+ years of services-based transactional legal department experience.
• Proven experience in client-facing negotiations and interacting with executive leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail.
• Must be eligible to work in the US; role is subject to background check and E-Verify.
