What you will do

• Develop and maintain senior relationships across German industry, including automotive, defence, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Originate strategic opportunities across critical mineral supply, offtake agreements, inventory solutions, and recycling initiatives.
• Position hirify.global as a strategic platform connecting mining companies, refiners, recyclers, and financial institutions.
• Partner with Public Affairs and Government Relations teams to provide market insights for policy discussions.
• Act as the primary link between German industrial customers and internal trading, origination, and structuring teams.

Requirements

• Extensive executive network and professional experience within German industrial companies.
• Proven track record in strategic partnerships, procurement, supply chains, or industrial policy.
• Deep understanding of industrial and critical mineral supply chains.
• High level of credibility with senior executives, policymakers, and industry leaders.
• Strong commercial, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
