What you will do

• Develop and execute the team's business plan and overall marketing activities to achieve financial targets.
• Drive business development and prospecting for new client relationships and assets.
• Mentor and coach Relationship Managers to enhance their overall performance and effectiveness.
• Manage credit, reputational, and regulatory (AML) risks as the first line of defense.
• Ensure team adherence to internal policies, procedures, and the Management Control Oversight Rating (MCOR) framework.
• Leverage the firm's product suite to meet complex client investment needs.

Requirements

• University degree; professional qualifications such as CACS Papers I and II are preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving annual revenue targets and increasing client asset size.
• Competence in advising clients on diverse investment products and services.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for client interfacing.
• Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Must be based in Singapore.
