What you will do

• Lead a team of highly capable engineers, providing mentorship to help them reach their full potential.
• Collaborate closely with product management, ML, QA, and sales to define the team's long-term roadmap.
• Contribute to the technical design and architecture of AI products.
• Oversee the full development cycle, including design, development, QA, experimentation, analysis, and deployment.
• Drive delivery for product milestones while ensuring strict quality metrics are achieved.
• Manage security protocols, code reviews, and best practices for information asset protection.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a preference for distributed systems and large-scale application development.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Proficiency in multiple languages and technologies such as Node, C++, Scala/Spark, SQL, Cassandra, and Docker.
• Ability to set team roadmaps, delegate effectively, and mentor individual members.
• Experience collaborating with product managers and QA to deliver product features.
