What you will do

  • Hire, retain, and grow a team of engineering talent specialized in Agentic AI development.
  • Define and deliver a scalable architecture for multi-agent systems to support AWS business needs.
  • Collaborate with customers to shape their AI tooling stories and requirements.
  • Develop business strategies, product roadmaps, and technical execution plans.
  • Communicate risks, successes, and roadblocks to senior leadership during product execution.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA (Seattle, WA).
  • 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
  • 7+ years of overall engineering experience.
  • Experience developing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software systems using Java, C#, or C++.
  • Proven track record in service-oriented architecture (SOA) and distributed programming.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
