What you will do
- Manage and respond to inbound customer enquiries from the French-speaking market.
- Support existing B2B customers with commercial questions, product information, quotations, renewals, upgrades, and additional licence requests.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, renewal offers, and commercial documentation.
- Identify retention, upgrade, add-on, and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM data (customer/account/contact/opportunity/activity) and track renewal dates, quote status, and outstanding commercial actions.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Operations to resolve requests and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in internal sales/inside sales support, account support, sales administration, customer success, renewals, or commercial customer service.
- Experience working with existing B2B customers.
- Ability to manage quotations, follow-ups, renewals, customer enquiries, and commercial requests accurately.
- Strong verbal and written customer communication skills.
- Fluency in French is required.
- Fluency in English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting renewals, licence management, upgrades, or subscription-based customers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Experience in software/SaaS or technology solutions, including design or business software.
- Portuguese.
