What you will do
- Own the end-to-end RFP, RFI, and proposal response process, coordinating inputs from Sales, Legal, and Finance.
- Manage the full contract workflow from first draft to countersignature, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Enforce CRM data quality and governance in Salesforce to maintain accurate deal tracking and reporting.
- Negotiate commercial terms directly with enterprise customers within approved parameters.
- Drive continuous improvement of deal processes and build scalable infrastructure for a growing team.
- Partner with internal teams to implement AI-native tooling to reduce manual effort in commercial operations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a deal desk, commercial contracting, or sales operations role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Must have legal right to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end contract workflows and RFP/RFI responses.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms (payment terms, SLAs, liability) with enterprise customers.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and CLM tools (Ironclad, Spotdraft).
- Strong ability to enforce process discipline across cross-functional teams.
