What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end RFP, RFI, and proposal response process, coordinating inputs from Sales, Legal, and Finance.
  • Manage the full contract workflow from first draft to countersignature, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Enforce CRM data quality and governance in Salesforce to maintain accurate deal tracking and reporting.
  • Negotiate commercial terms directly with enterprise customers within approved parameters.
  • Drive continuous improvement of deal processes and build scalable infrastructure for a growing team.
  • Partner with internal teams to implement AI-native tooling to reduce manual effort in commercial operations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a deal desk, commercial contracting, or sales operations role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Must have legal right to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end contract workflows and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Experience negotiating commercial terms (payment terms, SLAs, liability) with enterprise customers.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and CLM tools (Ironclad, Spotdraft).
  • Strong ability to enforce process discipline across cross-functional teams.
