Location: 100% Remote (Europe). Willingness to travel up to 20% per year for on-site customer visits is required.

What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of key airline customers, acting as a strategic partner for stakeholders in operations, IT, and management.
- Drive customer retention and expansion revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Oversee onboarding and implementation phases, guiding customers through data setup and adoption best practices.
- Deliver targeted training sessions and workshops, both remotely and on-site.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to act as the voice of the customer and influence product development.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in the Airline Industry or Airline Catering Industry.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset focused on value creation and growth.
- Proactive, ownership-driven approach with high organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French.
- Experience with SaaS products or complex B2B software solutions.
