TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Aviation SaaS): Managing a portfolio of airline customers to drive long-term success, retention, and growth with an accent on strategic relationship building and value realization. Focus on aligning product capabilities with customer business objectives and overseeing the implementation process.

Location: 100% Remote (Europe). Willingness to travel up to 20% per year for on-site customer visits is required.

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of key airline customers, acting as a strategic partner for stakeholders in operations, IT, and management.
  • Drive customer retention and expansion revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Oversee onboarding and implementation phases, guiding customers through data setup and adoption best practices.
  • Deliver targeted training sessions and workshops, both remotely and on-site.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to act as the voice of the customer and influence product development.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in the Airline Industry or Airline Catering Industry.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset focused on value creation and growth.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven approach with high organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French.
  • Experience with SaaS products or complex B2B software solutions.
