What you will do

• Manage quote creation, validation, and submission using Salesforce CPQ.
• Structure complex deals in alignment with pricing guidelines and business objectives.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, RevOps, and Product teams for deal approvals.
• Improve and scale quoting and deal approval processes.
• Maintain documentation for pricing exceptions and approval workflows.
• Monitor deal desk metrics to enhance close rates and deal velocity.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portugal.
• 1-2 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, preferably with CPQ quoting.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in high-tech SaaS or subscription revenue models.
