Staff Financial Reporting Manager (Financial Reporting)

Base compensation: $103,500–$129,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Prepare Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, Form 8-K, proxy statements, and other SEC and statutory filings.
• Manage external audits, respond to audit requests, address findings, and strengthen internal controls.
• Oversee close activities and technical accounting work, including journal entries, lease modifications, equity award valuation, goodwill impairment testing, and new accounting pronouncements.
• Lead and mentor financial reporting professionals while collaborating with accounting, tax, treasury, and FP&A teams.
• Improve reporting workflows through process standardization, automation, and financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or auditing.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with financial reporting software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate complex financial information clearly.
