Financial Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Perform financial analysis for assigned regions and produce monthly client performance, actual-versus-budget, and operational metrics reports.
• Review monthly client billing for contract compliance and support contract renewal pricing.
• Assist with annual budgeting, pricing proposals, ROI analysis, and growth projections.
• Support new implementations by creating budget templates and financial reports.
• Develop account knowledge and contractual understanding to support account strategies, pricing alternatives, and contract language.
• Lead monthly meetings with internal partners and complete ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in financial or data analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Healthcare experience, SQL experience, and business requirements or workflow documentation experience are preferred.
