Salary: $174,000 - $250,000 USD (annual OTE)

What you will do
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Revenue Architects, coaching account strategy, executive presence, and value realization.
- Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and oversee revenue transformation strategies using Gong’s AIOS.
- Guide workflow architecture by mapping current-state customer processes to AI-driven workflows tied to revenue outcomes.
- Drive adoption and change management to embed Gong into daily enterprise customer team rhythms and accelerate time-to-value.
- Quantify and communicate ROI using data-driven insights; track team-wide KPIs for activation, adoption, and value realization.
- Own aggregate renewal strategy and execution, partnering cross-functionally on growth and NDR.
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct people management experience leading Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services teams in a B2B SaaS company.
- 6–10+ years of total experience in customer-facing roles (CSM, AM, Implementation, or similar).
- Experience working with Financial Services or Healthcare customers.
- Proven ability to coach others to manage relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders and lead value/ROI conversations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence at the leadership level.
- Data-driven mindset with experience delivering measurable outcomes and tracking KPIs.
