What you will do

• Build and execute marketing emails in HubSpot, including A/B testing, segmentation, and scheduling.
• Manage the full technical setup and execution of webinars across Zoom and Payload CMS.
• Support digital marketing operations through landing page builds, UTM tracking, and paid media campaign support.
• Compile and report campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, email performance, and pipeline attribution.
• Coordinate campaign launches and asset delivery across content, design, and product teams using Monday.com.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce for lead management and reporting.
• Proficiency with webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars or ON24.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Comfort leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Jasper) as a core part of the content and task workflow.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
