TL;DR

Principal Business Development Manager (DACH): Expanding network to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships within the DACH market, with an accent on identifying challenges and proposing solutions. Focus on C-level negotiations, driving pre-sales, and coordinating cross-departmental strategy execution.

Location: Regular client meetings and business trips are required.

What you will do

  • Expand network to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with teams & client stakeholders to identify challenges and propose solutions.
  • Re-engage clients for renewed partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings (including business trips) and C-level negotiations.
  • Proactively resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Drive pre-sales: develop/present strategic solutions and monitor outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and client acquisition for 5+ years.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.
  • Conversation and communication skills with C-Level people.
  • Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have

  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry and how the major processes function.
