Manager, AI Outcomes (AI): Leading the AI Outcomes Manager team to ensure customer adoption and value realization from hirify.global’s AI solutions with an accent on customer enablement and advisory. Focus on developing playbooks, engaging with stakeholders, and synthesizing feedback to influence product development.

Location: Hybrid (3-4 days a week in our San Francisco or Palo Alto office)

Compensation: $270,000-$310,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage the employee lifecycle for a team of AI Outcomes Managers.
• Develop hirify.global prescriptive adoption playbooks for delivery consistency.
• Engage with executive sponsors and business stakeholders across priority accounts.
• Partner cross-functionally with other leaders to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Synthesize feedback and business insights to influence hirify.global’s product roadmap.
• Design and report on metrics demonstrating ROI and adoption progress.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing, consultative roles in AI/data/enterprise SaaS.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in scaling teams and driving business transformation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication with diverse audiences.
• Strong data fluency with adoption/ROI metrics and business KPIs.
• Understanding of modern AI capabilities and ability to coach others.
