Salary: $125,000 - $225,000 OTE

What you will do
- Manage the full customer journey, owning everything from initial kickoff to renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Drive engagement and adoption of the AI-powered code review platform across a book of business.
- Act as a product expert, educating customers on best practices to maximize platform value.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence the product roadmap.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key business stakeholders and CxO-level executives.
- Develop and present periodic performance and value reviews to customer leadership.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
- Technical competency to engage effectively with software development practitioners.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or Command of Message.
- English: Business fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with customers.
Nice to have
- Experience with code review processes and tools.
- Familiarity with AI, open source technologies, and Git providers (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with GTM strategies at early-stage, high-growth, VC-backed startups.
- Knowledge of major cloud providers and cloud-native technologies.
- Familiarity with observability, RCA, and debugging practices.
