What you will do

• Perform static and DaDT structural analyses of metallic and composite airframe structures, mechanical systems, and equipment.
• Act as the primary MRB/Liaison point of communication between engineering, manufacturing, and quality departments.
• Develop lightweight, cost-effective designs using FEA, 3DX, and Catia V5 to meet program requirements.
• Review and disposition non-conforming conditions on primary parts and assemblies to ensure functionality.
• Provide real-time technical support to assembly teams to resolve production issues affecting the schedule.
• Collaborate with international design teams and suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, or Aeronautical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in an Aerospace Stress engineering role.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, models, and technical specifications.
• Expertise in the analysis of metallic and composite airframe structures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple priorities.
