TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Account Manager (SaaS): Responsible for cross-selling and up-selling WordPress hosting services to strategic Enterprise accounts with an accent on consultative and solution sales. Focus on pipeline growth, accurate forecasting, and navigating complex deal cycles involving Security, Legal, and Procurement teams.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (Office visits required Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Salary: OTE $180,000 – $220,000 (Base + Variable)

What you will do

  • Build a pipeline through up-selling, cross-selling, referrals, and cold-calling.
  • Deliver product value independently to prospective customers using a consultative approach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.com.
  • Coordinate with internal and external Security, Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams to finalize deals.
  • Run customer meetings, create quotes and proposals, and involve leadership or sales engineers when necessary.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management and executives.

Requirements

  • Prior Enterprise sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM applications.
  • Proficiency in Solution Selling, Consultative Selling, or Challenger methodologies.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX for a hybrid work schedule.
  • Ability to effectively communicate over phone, Zoom, social media, and email.
  • Proven ability to run an opportunity from Discovery to Closed Won.
