What you will do

• Own end-to-end searches across commercial, corporate development, and G&A functions.
• Partner with senior hiring managers to define roles, calibrate interview panels, and run rigorous hiring processes.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build proactive pipelines for specialized talent.
• Drive offer strategy, negotiation, and closing for senior individual contributor and leadership roles.
• Advise leadership on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and talent risks.
• Improve recruiting processes and tooling with a focus on candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with deep sourcing expertise.
• Proven track record of closing senior hires at high-growth startups or in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting for go-to-market and product roles in highly technical environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner directly with hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using pipeline metrics and data to drive recruiting decisions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting at a deep-tech, biotech, or scientific company.
• In-house recruiting experience scaling a function from early to mid-stage.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse and modern sourcing tools.
• Experience hiring across G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, or People.
