Senior Social Strategist (Social Strategy): Lead the development of social and content strategies, playbooks, workshops, and measurement frameworks for clients with an accent on social-first creative territories, insight mining, and turning social intelligence data into messaging frameworks. Focus on presenting strategic narratives to stakeholders, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing Science to test hypotheses and improve campaign and organic social performance.

What you will do
- Lead social and content strategy development, including playbooks, workshops, and measurement frameworks for clients.
- Define brands’ role of social and build messaging frameworks with clear content pillars aligned to brand vision.
- Develop strategic creative territories and write briefs for the creative team to explore.
- Mine insights from business data and reporting to improve campaign and organic social performance.
- Present strategic opportunities through compelling narratives and lead workshops/client presentations.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally (including Marketing Science) to test hypotheses and support new business pitches.
Requirements
- Experience designing tailored strategic social plans aligned to diverse business goals and current social trends and best practices.
- Deep knowledge of social trends, platforms, and aesthetics, with a proactive approach to staying updated on tools and technologies.
- Experience defining the role of social for brands and creating messaging frameworks with content territories/pillars.
- Experience in creative agencies or equivalent environments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proven ability to mentor junior team members and support inclusive, innovative approaches to strategy development.
- Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills, plus effective collaboration with cross-functional (XFN) teams.
