What you will do

• Lead the influencer plan across brands and collaborate with integrated teams to support all brand activity.
• Develop influencer strategies, including recommending objectives, targets, action plans, calendars, and budgets.
• Identify, vet, and negotiate with talent to build productive relationships for various client programs.
• Manage the day-to-day running of campaigns from implementation to overseeing and reporting.
• Maintain and update the influencer database and stay current with cultural and social trends.
• Present creative content solutions and sell-in ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in influencer marketing.
• Experience working in a regulated category such as beauty.
• Proven experience of integrating digital and social media into campaign activity.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
