Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid option available in Long Island, NY).

Salary: $90,000 – $127,000 USD

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain healthcare interfaces and integration workflows.
• Develop and support HL7 interfaces including message mapping, routing, and validation.
• Analyze and resolve complex interface issues using debugging tools and message logs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration designs.
• Partner with healthcare clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver integration solutions.
• Create and execute functional, integration, and regression test plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, business analysis, or integration.
• Strong hands-on HL7 coding and development experience.
• Deep knowledge of HL7 v2.x messaging standards and interoperability.
• Experience with interface engines such as Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, or similar.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with FHIR and healthcare APIs.
• SQL experience and familiarity with healthcare application databases.
• Experience supporting hospital or health system integration environments.
