Supervisor (Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead and supervise the Engineering unit, including operations, planning, resources, development, and performance management.
• Guide specialized engineering services covering mechanical, process control and instrumentation, electrical, and civil and structural engineering.
• Support Saudi Aramco projects through 30%, 60%, and 90% design reviews and technical input for procurement contracts.
• Review engineering practices, technologies, standards, and specifications, including SAES, SAEP, and SAMSS.
• Conduct supplier desk reviews, technical assessments, factory acceptance tests, and periodic manufacturer assessments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Strategic Sourcing, Contracting, Legal, Finance, and Saudi Aramco departments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, technical studies, or a closely related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in engineering or related activities, including several years of managerial experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Thorough knowledge of at least one of the following fields: mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, or civil engineering.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop professional employees and supervisors.
• Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration, supplier assessments, technical reviews, and departmental results.
